-Anti-Flag (ideas) This band and the next one, AAA, are basically the same. they sound different, A-F isnt quite as hardcore punk as AAA is, but they essentially bring up the same issues of how stuff is wrong with our government. AAA does much more of this however. both very cool. Lyrics from A new kind of army.
-Against All Authority (ideas) Like i said, AAA is kinda hardcore political punk. not all of their stuff is, but the majority has something to do with the fashion that our beloved "democracy" is becoming authoritarian. Lyrics to stand in line
-Boy Sets Fire (ideas) they have very quickly become one of my favorite bands. i really like what it is they have to say, and i also really like their music. Lyrics to after the eulogy
-Earth Crisis (ideas) these guys can be a little preachy sometimes. if you listen to much of their stuff, or even read some of their lyrics you'll see this to bw quite evident. the song that i put up isnt too bad. Lyrics to breed the killers
-The Great Clearing Off (ideas) This is a cool band. they are kinda punkish, kinda metallish, and definitly about the politics. Check em out. Lyrics to consumerism is compliance
-Scream (ideas) I actually have no idea what their website is, or even if they have one. I truly dont even know if they are still together. -Snapcase (ideas) I first heard these guys on the radio back in the day, and i loved them from the start. their musics expresses the need to be apart from the masses and to be your own person. im big on that kinda thing. lyrics to type cast modulator
-Red Martian (ideas) i havent heard much of their stuff, but what i have heard i like. i would probably put them in the same category as A-F. If you go to their site, you can download music. theyre cool like that. lyrics to behind the trash
-Metallica (a little of both) I would just like to point out here that i refuse to acknowledge the existence of Metallica after they sold out and created Load. Kill Em All was by far their best album. Because of this, i am nbot going to put up a link to one of the many sites dedicated to them, because most of them are all about the new crappy metallica and not the good ole boys who could really rock. lyrics to Motorbreath
